For this purpose, I take care of my hands with regular moisturizing, gentle exfoliation, and mindful protection from environmental stressors. And yes it is, as when I take care of any part of my body it reminds me, that beauty is not just skin deep, it`s a reflection of the love and care I invest in myself.
